Body, Consciousness and Life
Oct 19th - 24th 2020
“It will transform your practice!”
We carry incredible potential within ourselves and more often than not the only thing we have to do in order to access it is to make an experience with it. This workshop focuses on teaching you about some of the most fundamental principles of natural movement, healthy effortless posture, a calm and focused mind, how to understand and deal with ones emotions and how to improve ones perception and build energy to improve overall wellbeing and deepen personal development.
One key aspect is personal freedom which is why experience is so crucial as it is the most potent way of not just understanding something mentally but actually being able to apply it independently in ones life.
No matter if you are a total newcomer to the topic of personal development or the idea of doing something for your health, or if you are a seasoned “veteran” in movement or meditation, there will be a lot to discover that can help you to improve your current status, boost your practice and/or open totally new worlds for you.
Beyond Systems is not a static, fixed modality in itself but a way of approaching development that encourages to become ones own explorer and gain a lot of freedom in the process.
The goal of this workshop is to give you an overview of simple applicable tools that you can readily apply in your life or merge with any existing practice you might have. We will dive into personal development, development of consciousness and how to build clarity and focus and explore a number of basic biomechanical patterns deepening and improving the use of your body, mind, emotions and energy.
The experience
is designed to create deeper understanding and connection with oneself and become more attuned with using the potential for wellbeing, health and happiness that we have at our disposal. The workshop is as much a supercharge for self-improvement as it will leave you with real life applicable tools that can be integrated in your own path.
Some of the results you can expect are
- improving mobility
- improving posture
- increased mental clarity
- building ones energy
- more understanding about energy and connection
- learning tools to balance stress and deal with emotions
- increased focus
- reduced tension in the body
- moving with consciousness and ease
- improve perception
- arriving in ones center and improved grounding
How this is going to happen
We have a clear schedule that will serve us as a basic structure to fill but there will also be great flexibility in the way we arrange topics. Like this we have the possibility to flow according to the requirements of this specific group and the individuals joining in, which allows us to unfold the process in a more natural and organic way.
