Currently I offer two online courses that are designed to support you no matter where you are.
The Foundation Builder Program is a powerful short introduction in natural body alignment, perception and the use of ones own awareness. It is designed for people who have little time and/ or are looking for a sustainable way of improving their posture, movement and overall consciousness and wellbeing. Most of its tools can be applied throughout a regular day and don't even take up a lot of time. The basic principles you will get to know can be used to improve ones posture and wellbeing, but can also be applied to any form of physical training or sport and can even help to become more focused and energized. There are no prerequisites for this course.
